When booking through Fresha, only choose "Discount Price" if you meet ANY of the following criteria, otherwise it is "Normal Price":

• Regular Client - someone who has had 6 treatments with me can continue at the discount price thereafter, from the lucky 7th treatment onwards. The discount is no longer transferable to family members or friends. Every person earns their own discount. This resets after 2 years of non attendance.
• Universal Credit Recipients - if you are disabled, unemployed or on income support.
• Student - Anyone in full-time education. If under 16, they must attend with a parent/ guardian present. A parental consent letter (for 16/ 17 year olds). If in full-time education - please show your student/ NUS card.
• Retired - If you are over the age of 65 (with a valid bus pass), or if you have taken early retirement (e.g. for medical reasons).
• Sole Trader - anyone who is a self-employed sole-trader, like myself, who works in Therapies, Hairdressing, Beauty, Decorating, Pet care, Building works, etc
• Parent of young children - Anyone who is taking care of a young child (baby/ preschool) and is unable to return to work for a while, until the child starts school (age 4+). When they return to work, the price returns to regular price, unless you have become a Regular Client.
• NHS Worker - someone who works for the NHS can also get a discount, as they go above and beyond.

Thank you to all the clients who have referred me in the past. For the first time since I started the business I shall no longer be offering the £5 referral reward for introducing new customers, as I am not looking to expand my business, but to maintain a quality service for my existing clients. However, if you bought a gift voucher for a friend that hasn't been used yet, then I will honour the referral deduction as long as the voucher is dated before 1/4/2024.

• The Floral voucher is for SPECIFIC treatments requested. 
• The Bamboo voucher is for a MONEY voucher of any amount requested, or for SPECIFIC treatments requested. (Note: very nearly out of stock! When it's gone it's gone.)

Terms and Conditions: More than one voucher may be used at a time. All vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Due to intermittent Covid-19 closure, Mar 2020 - Apr 2021 was ignored and people had 3 years to claim their vouchers, so this offer ended 1st Apr 2024. For money gift vouchers worth more than the value of the treatment, the date is amended on the Bamboo voucher (and client notes) when the next treatment is received - with the money remaining on the voucher amended until it reaches £0, then the voucher is considered redeemed. This allows the money gift voucher to be used at a Discount price, if a person qualifies as per the rules on the Payment/ Offers page (this page). Treatments on a gift voucher may be exchanged for other equivalent priced treatments. Treatments exchanged for lower priced treatments will be provided with a gift voucher to the monetary value of the remaining balance owed or a note can be added on the client notes. If a person cannot have any further treatments due to medical reasons, then they will be refunded any money left on their gift voucher. Gift vouchers may be posted out on request for £1.25 first class, £0.75 second class plus £0.75 for 2 envelopes (1 blank and 1 addressed to the destination), voucher and a business card, totalling £2 or £1.50 respectively for post and packing.
