I am a Reiki Master with a very pure lineage. I teach the complete original "DR USUI SYSTEM OF NATURAL HEALING REIKI". I qualified in Feb 2019 after several years of training.

Courses Available:

Reiki and Adapted Indian Head Massage Courses: These courses are recognised by my insurers "Wellbeing Insurance Ltd" who will normally insure a range of massage therapies for a set annual price. Adapted Indian Head Massage (£100/ day): 

• You do NOT need to be a qualified massage therapist to train in Indian Head Massage (IHM), but if you have experience with massage e.g. reflexologist, it is useful. I cover the full History of IHM, Anatomy and Physiology of the face, head, neck, hands, arms and shoulders, Contraindications of IHM, and we learn a lovely traditional 30 min sequence to massage; the shoulders, arms (adapted section), head, face and finish the treatment on the shoulders.
• I can teach this course on a one-to-one basis or to a group of no more than 3 people to learn together in a class. You will get to practice on each other as well as willing models/ guinea-pigs. Ideally this course should be studied over 2 sessions for 7 hours per session, about a week apart to practice skills on family and friends in between classes. We have a 30-45 min lunch break depending how time allows. (Please bring your own packed lunch). 
• You must learn the sequence well enough to be able to demonstrate it as part of a final exam in a 30 min treatment time, as well as pass a multiple choice test.
• The certificate issued will be a certificate of competence. 
  Total cost £200 per person.

Reiki Courses Available (£100/ day):

• Reiki Level One: For Beginners.
  This training course is run over 2 days of 6-7 hours of training for £200 per person, (£100 per day), with ideally a shared vegetarian lunch half way through each day. (If one to one teaching, it will probably be a packed lunch).
  You will receive 4 Reiki Level One 'attunements' in a safe and comfortable space that opens you up to the 'universal energy'. The 2 days need to be close together for the attunements to work effectively.
  Covered topics include the principles of Reiki and their deeper meanings, the traditional history of the therapy, self-healing and working on yourself primarily, your family, your friends, your pets and plants. 
  Note: This is NOT a qualification to enable work on a professional level, only the first step to understanding Reiki.
• Reiki Level Two: Intermediate level.
  This stage can only be taken after attending Reiki Level One after allowing the energies to settle for a minimum of 3 months.
  This training course is run over 2 days of 6-7 hours of training for £200 per person (£100 per day), with ideally a shared vegetarian lunch half way through each day. (If one to one teaching, it will probably be a packed lunch).
  You will receive 3 Reiki Level Two 'attunements', at this level, and you will learn how to use and understand the sacred symbols of the therapy, direct distant healing, working with animals, balancing chakras and much more!
• Reiki Level Two Therapist: In addition to Reiki Level Two, you need to complete an introduction course in counselling, a course in Anatomy and Physiology, and present a few case studies to complete this course. This qualification allows you to work on the public and other people's pets. There are no additional Reiki classes to sit, only your self-motivation to organise these classes for yourself and show the training evidence to me, to receive your Therapist certificate. You are welcome to re-sit any Reiki one or Reiki two classes free of charge to consolidate what you know. 
• Reiki Level Three: This is degree level training, working towards the understanding of how to become a Reiki Master.
  You work closely with me, with monthly classes, each class costing £100 ideally with the usual shared vegetarian lunch half way through each day. (If one to one teaching, it will probably be a packed lunch).
  If you have attended 20 classes, you can continue sitting in classes for free thereafter, until you reach a spiritual understanding and respect for Reiki Mastership. It is normal for students to take a few years of Reiki Mastership and to sit training classes monthly to achieve the level within about 2 years, but it can take longer for some students who are not quite ready. If you have a lot of spiritual experience then you can also be on the accelerated path, and may only need a few classes!
  
• Additionally, you will be asked to join Reiki Level One or Reiki Level Two classes to support other students, as you are always learning and teaching, as part of the life long learning process in the traditional Japanese way. 
• You may receive Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 boosts or blasts throughout the Reiki training days to help your energies absorb better in the learning process. You need to keep track of your classes and who attends classes with you, as this will eventually become part of your teaching folder. 
• You move to the final step when you make your dedication vow to Reiki Mastership, after you have received 4 Reiki Level Three 'attunements' over the span of a final year of study.
• Reiki Level Three Master/ Teacher: This is the completion of the degree course and allows you to teach Reiki as a Reiki Master and pass on your knowledge to others the best way you know how using your personal knowledge and experience.
  This will be a final one-to-one day course with just yourself and me, to help you finalise any steps you might have missed and sign off your teaching folder, to complete the degree. You will continue to be supported by me when you work in Reiki, and you will know when you are ready in yourself to take the next step to teach.
• Note: Normally the Reiki Level Three Master/ Teacher certificate will be issued once you have completed all the Reiki Level Three classes, including the final one-to-one course.

I can quite easily write a course and get approval through my insurers if there is enough interest in a training course. Please note that I do NOT offer 1st Aid as a course.
